Recently, one new customer ordered 200 tons G-High carbon raiser and requested G-High to deliver goods in one month or later. The next day after signing the contract, the customer made the full payment.
G-High business department suggested that the customer could make the payment later because we could make the goods ready within three days. But the customer said: “You need make the payment in advance for purchasing raw materials and packages. Though it is the first time for us to cooperate, I know the difficulties of supplier. We also supply goods for our customers and I really understand this. What’s more, if the supplier could not afford the raw materials due to delayed payment from customers, the supplier may fail to deliver the goods in time for me. So I made the payment first. You just need to take care of the quality.”
