on condition that they could ensure the producing efficiency, encourage them to offer valuable suggestions on the basis of their own job and tasks and to put every reasonable suggestion into practice, G-High decides to carry out “Being Economical, Being Contributive”Large Scale Suggestion-Collecting Activity and to highly reward those who can think of effective suggestions.Suggestion Collecting Time:June 2nd of 2008 - June 13th of 2008Implementation Means:a. The Designing Department will be in charge of collecting suggestions which the staff proposed.b. The Designing Department personnels record the suggestions from the staff.c. The staff submits suggestions to Gao Hui voluntarily, then he hands them to the Designing Department.Rewards:The rewarding ceremony will be held on December 2nd, 6 months after the beginning of this activity.a. The person who can offer the suggestion that may save 3000 Yuan or above per year for the enterprise will be awarded 400-2000 Yuan.b. The person who can offer the suggestion that may save 2000-3000 Yuan or above per year for the enterprise will be awarded 300 Yuan.c. The person who can offer the suggestion that may save 1000-2000 Yuan or above per year for the enterprise will be awarded 200 Yuan.d. The person who can offer the suggestion that may save 500-1000 Yuan or above per year for the enterprise will be awarded 100 Yuan.e.
