The sense of responsibility of the staff is the firewall of the corporations. If the corporations want the staff to reflect their sense of responsibility, they must let them realize the standard of work and give them training.
Ghigh deeply realized this and held the staff training on sense of responsibility. The main content of the training is based on the feature of each department, which is gearing to actual circumstances and easier to get their responses.
After the training, the staff said that they have realized the importance of the sense of responsibility and their lacks of it, they will do better to build Ghigh better and better.
