On the morning of November 30th,Ghigh hold a meeting to employ the people owned capability and integrity. And Ghigh's high positions were just opened for those people.

During the meeting,the leader of Ghigh took some immoral employees who had brought harmful effects for Ghigh as bad examples to give thestaffs a lesson and at the same time established the principle of employment--company puts people first and employees put morality first.
